(Crispy)-Fluffy rice 

Today I have the pleasure to share with you my recent cooking experience. Cooking is more than a daily routine for preparing food but it is a solution and resolution for bodily and spiritual needs.

On occasion of current cold nights and days I came to make my delicious fluffy rice for my breakfast today. Fortunately a nice crispy crust of rice has ensued at the bottom and the periphery of my rice so that we my call it (Crispy)-Fluffy rice.

The idea is to put as much water as you can in the pot of your rice cooking. Cover the pot until it begins to boil then remove the pot’s cover. Let the water gently boil and evaporate steadily meanwhile turn the fire under the pot a bit lower.

Then, cover the pot again as the water in the rice pot has quite evaporated. Make your cooker’s fire even a bit lower but not that much to let the excess water continue to evaporate while the pot cover is in place! 🙂
